Tim Walmsley

Tim Walmsley is a Partner for People, Growth and Change at 6W Agency in Dubai, with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across communications, organisational transformation, and employee engagement in the MENA region. Previously Senior Director and Head of Transformation at APCO Worldwide MENA, Tim led centres of excellence across the UAE and KSA and contributed to ADNOC achieving its highest-ever brand trust ratings. He designs programmes across four disciplines: change management, organisational culture, internal communications, and employer branding. Co-adapter of the Employee Pride Index for the regional market, Tim holds an MA from Cambridge University and an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art.
