Payal Patel is the Founder of Shamal Consulting, a Dubai-based consultancy dedicated to strengthening families, empowering youth, and building connected communities through meaningful communication. With over 20 years of experience in communications, relationship management, public speaking, and community engagement, she has worked with schools, families, and organisations to foster trust, emotional well-being, and stronger relationships.

Before founding Shamal Consulting, Payal held leadership roles in parent engagement and digital well-being, helping schools and communities create supportive environments for children and parents. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business from the University of Kansas and is a passionate advocate for family values, youth development, and values-based leadership. In addition to her professional achievements, Payal was also a participant in Miss India Kansas, an experience that strengthened her confidence in public speaking, leadership, and community involvement. Today, she continues to inspire families through workshops, coaching, speaking engagements, and educational initiatives across the UAE.
